Summary
The MyKidz Iron™ Home Delivery service is intended for use by individual consumers who wish to have MyKidz Iron™ or other Tris Pharma products delivered directly to a home, work or alternate destination within the United States. For retail or institutional orders, please contact the MyKidz Iron™ Consumer Care Team at Contact Us.
All products ordered through the MyKidz Iron™ Home Delivery service will be shipped in according to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions apply to all orders whether received by mail, phone, or internet. By submitting an order, the customer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted these terms and conditions, notwithstanding any additional or different terms, conditions or instructions. Tris Pharma, Inc. shall not be obligated to accept an order until Tris Pharma, Inc. has shipped the product(s) described in the order.
Price
Prices and quotations submitted are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be charged as applicable based on the state to which the product will be shipped. Additional surcharges may be applied for expedited delivery.
Promotions
Tris Pharma Inc. may offer promotional discounts at various times. Any promotional offers are only valid as expressly communicated in the promotional offer details.
Terms
Tris Pharma, Inc. accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for internet or phone orders. Charges, including any applicable taxes and shipping, will be applied to the credit card at the time the order is placed.
Shipping
MyKidz Iron™ Home Delivery orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service. Orders can be shipped to locations within the 50 United States of America and Washington, D.C.
Returns
Request for credit for products purchased through the MyKidz Iron™ Home Delivery service must be made by contacting the MyKidz Iron™ Consumer Care Team at Contact Us. Returns will only be accepted for full, unopened bottles within 30 days of product receipt.
Requests to return a product must be pre-authorized by the MyKidz Iron™ Consumer Care Team before the product is returned to ensure credit is applied correctly. Any promotional offers that were valid at the time of an order may be deducted from the credit amount. Refunds will be issued in the amount equal to the product cost, excluding shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return product to Tris Pharma, Inc.
MyKidz Iron™ or Tris Pharma products that were purchased from a retail store cannot be returned through the MyKidz Iron™ Home Delivery service.
Damage
Contact the MyKidz Iron™ Consumer Care Team at Contact Us within 48 hours of receipt to report damaged shipments.
Back Orders
Products that are out of stock through the MyKidz Iron™ Home Delivery service can be back ordered. Back ordered items will be automatically shipped at the time product becomes available, and the customer's credit card will be charged at the time the product is ordered. If back orders persist for more than 30 days the order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued for the total purchase amount.
Processing of Orders
MyKidz Iron™ Home Delivery orders are processed immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order is submitted and a confirmation number is received.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday except for the following company holidays:
- New Year's Holiday
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th Holiday
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Thanksgiving Friday
- Christmas Day
